Kanchenjunga Conservation Area (KCA) is a transnational conservation project covering the area between Sikkim, Tibet, and Nepal. It is a protected area in the Himalayas of eastern Nepal. The landscape level approach has been carried through into the Sacred Himalayan Landscape, which extends from Langtang National Park in central Nepal. You will need a special restricted area permit and conservation area permit. The diverse climate that ranges from subtropical to alpine harbors a unique biodiversity in the region.
