Shey Phoksundo National Park

The Shey Phoksundo National Park is the largest and only trans-Himalayan national park in Nepal. It was established in 1984 and covers an area of 3,555 km2. It lies in the hills of Western Nepal, covering parts of the districts Dolpa and Mugu. Shey Phoksundo national park is one of the remotest National park of Nepal which is also largest and only Trans Himalayan National Park in Nepal.
