Payments
Payment is supposed to be made two days before the trip date.
1. Your contract is with Yacca Travels & Tours Ltd.
2. A deposit of 30% *non refundable is required during the time of booking.
3. Yacca Travel and Tours reserves the right to refuse and cancel any traveler that has not made the full payment by the second day of their arrival. *30% deposit nonrefundable.
4. Yacca Travel and Tours reserves the right to make changes on the itinerary if an event such as natural disaster, political instability, external events or cultural events occur. We will email you with an updated information in case of such event.
 

Risk and Liabilities
- Yacca Travel and Tours are not held liable for any traveler who come in woe with the law.
- We will not be held responsible for a preexisting health issues, please let us know of your special needs and we’ll convey that to your guide.
- Natural disasters and seasonal changes can potentially affect the domestic flights and accommodations, we try our best to acclimatize the itinerary to the situation, but we are not held responsible for missed international flights. *We highly advise that you reserve additional days for such event.
