Davi's Fall

Davis fall is located in Kaski district of Nepal. The waterfall is named after a Swiss couple who drowned in the fall. To the Nepalese, the fall is popular as ‘Patale Chhango’, which means underwater fall as the fall begins where the Pardi Khola stream migrates underground. The cascading waterfall secretly comes and meets the cave which makes this fall a must watch in Nepal. It is one of the famous tourist spot in Nepal attracting tourist from all over. The best time to visit this place is during the monsoon season when there is high rainfall. During this period, the water runs and plunges over rocks and gorges giving visitors a breathtaking view.

- An interesting note is that the waterfall runs down some rocks before disappearing into an underground tunnel leading to Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave.

How to get there?

The fall is not far from the airport: to get there, travel 2km southwest on the same road one would take to Butwal. The fall is located right before you reach the Tashi Ling Tibetan Camp.
